    Is Go Travel Everywhere a certified Travel Agency?

    Go Travel Everywhere is an officially licensed Travel Agent / Tour Operator by Turismo de Portugal (RNAVT 5561), the official touristic entity in Portugal.

    Why should I choose Go Travel Everywhere?

    Can I book directly with you?

    You can and you should. Every Transfer and Tour page has a form that you can fill and submit. After receiving an email or phone confirmation from our Team, you should proceed with the payment, by PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer, in the following 24 hours.     Is there any Insurance included in my travel agreement?

    Yes, we provide the mandatory Insurance the Portuguese Law requires.

    How far in advance should I book a Transfer / Tour?

    Regarding Transfer requests, we ask for a minimum of 2 hours to ensure we can organize everything correctly and on time. For Tours, we require a minimum of 48 hours, to make sure all the services are available. If you’re planning to do a last minute booking, we advise you to contact our Office by email (hello@gotraveleverywhere.com) or by phone (+351 915 194 999).

    What kind of vehicles am I travelling in?

    Our main Fleet is made up of modern and comfortable vehicles. Your safety is very important and we’ll always select the best vehicle for you and your group. You can also check some pictures of our Fleet on our website.

    I booked a Transfer with you. How do I identify the driver at the Airport?

    When booking a Transfer with us, we always ask for your Flight Number, so that we can check it and dispatch your vehicle accordingly. The driver will meet you in the Arrivals Terminal, holding a sign with your name on it. We’ll also provide you a phone contact that you can call in case you need any assistance.

    What’s the difference between “Regular Tours” and “Private Tours”?

    On Regular Tours, which have fixed departure dates and prices, people with different nationalities share the same vehicle, and the driver / guide will speak the different languages accordingly.

    On Private Tours, on the other hand, you’ll have a vehicle and guide exclusively for you. These Tours are customisable: although we always suggest an itinerary, you can adjust it to fit your needs and expectations. We can also help you design a new program based on your budget and specifications. So don’t hesitate to contact us!

    Do you offer Pick-up / Drop-off at my Accommodation?

    All of our Tours start in Oporto. Pick-up and drop-off are carried out at your Accommodation, being it located in the center of Oporto. Otherwise, we’ll pick you up and drop you off in a place previously defined.

    How many people can join a Tour?

    We advise up to 8 participants per booking / Tour. If you’re travelling with a bigger group, we kindly ask you to submit a contact form or reach our Office directly (hello@gotraveleverywhere.com / +351 915 194 999), available every day, from 09h00 to 18h00.

    Can I leave a Tour earlier?

    Yes, you can. However, be aware that you’ll be responsible for your own arrangements from the moment you decide to leave. If you feel this might be necessary, please consult our Office in advance.

    I need to cancel my Tour? What now?

    If you have to cancel your Tour with us, please notify us immediately. We’ll cancel your booking with no penalties if you notify us with more than 48 hours before the day of the activity. From 48 to 24 hours before the arrival date, we offer an 80% refund. For cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the Tour date, we won’t be able to make any refund.

    Do you keep my personal data safe?

    We respect your right to privacy and we ensure you that we will keep your personal data private and completely safe in our data base. Your personal includes data you provide whether from correspondence with you, verbally to us over the phone or in person, by filling in any field or form on a website, by filling in any printed form we provide you with, by email and from documents you provide us. We keep your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes of our service, according to the law.

    How can I complain?

    As mandatory in Portugal, we have a Complaint’s Book where you can write the complaints that you might have. Also, and according to the law no. 144/2015, we inform that in order to solve any consumption conflicts, one must contact the arbitral commission of the Tourism of Portugal at www.turismodeportugal.pt.
